By working closely with Architects and Engineering Consultants has been able to develop and implement Value Engineering Alternatives for Fortune 500 Clients. He also provides Clients with conceptual budgets at the pre-construction phase when drawings exist in order to provide boundaries for the architectural and MEP teams. His involvement includes coordination with NYC Agencies to secure all Zoning, Planning, Building Department Permits and Approvals as well as Local 79 labor negotiations.
